Copyright form to ACM (important!)

All of the paper accepted have to submit Copyright form by 26th,Oct.
This work is not so difficult.

1st
Please download the form from here.
　　Page 2:Titel: your paper title
　　　　　　　Coference name: VRCAI2009
　　　　　　　Author: name of Author(s)
　　Page 3: top, select A. or B.
　　　　　　　　If B,then you need fill out Goverment Agency:etc.
　　Page 4: never forget your signature and Print name

2nd
You have to scan and convert pdf file. File name is copyrightXX.pdf (xx is paper number)

3rd
You enter your paper "information" on easychair submissions page. Click "Submission a New Version".
And your copyright form is attached on "Attachment menu".

Last you have to push "Submit a new Version"
